Group Programs

During the year Communiskills offers social groups to bring children together to build communication, social, and everyday life skills in a supportive, neuro-affirming environment and to provide opportunities to engage and interact with peers. Each program is designed and co‑facilitated by experienced Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants, blending evidence‑based practice with playful, purposeful learning.

Helping children feel confident, capable and prepared for their first year of school. The School Readiness Group supports children to build the key skills they need to start school feeling calm, confident and ready to learn. The group is facilitated by experienced Speech Pathologists who create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for each child. This group is ideal for children who would benefit from a gentle, structured, strengths based space to build early learning, motor and social emotional skills
