Our Occupational Therapists assist people of all ages to participate in life whether that be in play, study, work, self care or social interactions. We work with children, teenagers and adults. We are experienced in working with neurodivergent clients and recognise that we all engage and learn best when activities are meaningful, motivating and enhance skill development for participation in everyday life. Our approach is family centred and neuro-affirming, valuing each person’s unique strengths and lived experience.

Our Occupational Therapy team supports children and teenagers with a wide range of developmental or health profiles including Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delays, Dyspraxia, Chromosomal Syndromes, Anxiety and Sensory Processing Difficulties.

We also work with adults requiring supports due to neurodivergence, acquired brain injury or progressive neurological conditions

Communiskills understands that children benefit from early intervention supports in their usual environment. Therapy Assistants provide individualised supports at your child's childcare/preschool. Contact us to check if this service is available in your area.
